1. Parties and definitions

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between:

1.1. Definitions

“Plugin”

The Divi Full Site Exporter PRO WordPress Plugin software, in the version stated at purchase.

“License Key”

A unique alphanumeric code in the format DFE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX assigned to the User at purchase, which activates the Plugin. One license is valid for an unlimited number of domains.

“Divi”

The Divi theme and page builder by Elegant Themes, a valid license of which is a prerequisite for the Plugin to operate. media-met is not affiliated with Elegant Themes.

“License Server”

The media-met endpoint that periodically verifies the validity of the License Key (media-met.hr/wp-json/aagt-license/v1).

2. Scope of the license

media-met grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin solely under the terms of this Agreement. The license is purchased directly through media-met.hr.

2.1. What the license includes

• Use of the Plugin on an unlimited number of WordPress domains per purchased License Key
• Access to all updates released for the Plugin during the subscription term (automatic updates while the subscription is active)
• Technical support by e-mail (info@media-met.hr) for installation and configuration questions

2.2. License type

2.3. What is NOT included

• Access to the source code (the Plugin is delivered in proprietary/compiled form)
• The right to resell, distribute or transfer the Plugin or the License Key to third parties
• A Divi (Elegant Themes) license — purchased separately
• Free custom development or enhancements on request

3. Activation and license check

3.1. Activation

The Plugin requires activation of the License Key (DFE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) via the Plugin settings (License section). Without an active license, the export function is disabled.

3.2. Weekly check

An activated license is verified automatically once a week (WP-Cron) against the media-met license server. Only the domain and the License Key are transmitted — no website content or personal data.

If the check fails for network reasons, the Plugin continues to work during a 14-day grace period. After the grace period a warning is shown in the admin panel. Expired annual license: yellow warning. Inactive license: red error.

3.3. Unlimited domains

The license has no domain limit and may be used across all of the User's projects. Reselling or transferring the License Key to third parties is not permitted (see Section 4.2).

4. User obligations

4.1. Exported content and GDPR

The Plugin processes the content of the User's own WordPress installation for export and import. The exported ZIP file may contain personal data present on the site (e.g. in content, media or settings).

The User is solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage and transfer of the exported data (in accordance with the GDPR and other regulations). media-met has no access to the exported content.

4.2. Prohibited actions

• Decompiling, disassembling or attempting to obtain the Plugin's source code
• Selling, assigning, renting or transferring the Plugin or the License Key to third parties
• Removing or altering copyright notices in the Plugin's code
• Using the Plugin contrary to law or the rights of third parties

5. Intellectual property

The Plugin, including all code, design and documentation, is the exclusive property of media-met and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

This Agreement transfers no ownership rights to the User — it grants only the right of use described in Section 2. All improvements made by media-met remain the exclusive property of media-met. Content that the User exports through their own use of the Plugin remains the User's property.

6. Dependency on Divi and third parties

The Plugin operates within a Divi environment and requires a valid Divi (Elegant Themes) license on the target WordPress installation. media-met is not affiliated with Elegant Themes and does not control the availability, pricing or terms of Divi.

• The terms and costs of Divi are determined solely by Elegant Themes
• media-met is not liable for changes, interruptions or incompatibilities caused by future versions of Divi, WordPress or PHP
• The exported ZIP file is installed in environments media-met does not control; the User is responsible for the correctness and security of those environments

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right to unilateral termination: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without stating a reason, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22 et al.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Legal persons purchasing for business purposes are not consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act; disputes are resolved under this Agreement and applicable Croatian commercial law.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

8.1. media-met does not warrant that the Plugin will operate without errors or interruptions, or that it will be compatible with future versions of Divi, WordPress or PHP. The Plugin is provided “as is”.

8.2. media-met is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Plugin, including but not limited to: data loss during export or import, incompatibility, business interruption or issues in target environments. The User must create a backup before every import.

8.3. The total liability of media-met under this Agreement shall in no case exceed the amount the User paid for the license.

9. Data protection — DPA

Within the meaning of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679):

• media-met acts as a Processor only to the extent that the Plugin communicates with the media-met license server for license verification (only the domain and License Key are transmitted — no site content)
• The User acts as the Controller of all data on their WordPress installation and in exported files
• This section constitutes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the parties with respect to license-check communication

9.1. media-met's obligations as Processor

• Process the data (domain, License Key) solely for the purpose of license validation
• Not share that data with third parties
• Implement appropriate technical data-protection measures
• Notify the User promptly of any security breach

10. Termination

10.1. Automatic termination

• On expiry of the annual subscription, if the User does not renew
• If the User breaches any term of this Agreement
• By the User deleting or uninstalling the Plugin

10.2. Consequences of termination

Upon termination of the Agreement, the User undertakes to uninstall the Plugin and remove all copies. media-met reserves the right to deactivate the License Key.

11. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Karlovac shall have jurisdiction.

For consumer disputes, the User may contact the State Inspectorate or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Final provisions

media-met reserves the right to amend this Agreement with prior publication on media-met.hr. For existing licenses, the terms in force at the time of purchase apply.

This Agreement was drawn up in the Croatian language, which is authoritative. This English version is provided for information.
