Right to withdraw from the contract

Your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days

You have a 14-day period to cancel your purchase from the moment you receive your order, without giving any reason and without penalty, as set out in EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

How to use

Fill out the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request has been registered. The refund will be processed within the legal timeframe applicable to your order.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The sections below describe the cases that may apply to this store - remove the ones you do not sell.

Digital content downloaded with your explicit consent

When you purchase digital content (downloads, streaming videos, instant access online courses, software licenses, etc.) and expressly request its immediate delivery, acknowledging that you thereby lose your right to withdraw from the purchase, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies - Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Express consent is collected at the time of payment.

Services commenced during the withdrawal period at your request

When you ask us to start providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you can still withdraw from the contract, but you will owe us a proportionate amount for the work already performed - Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your explicit request will be taken into account when making the payment.

Custom-made items, perishable items, hygienically sealed or sealed media items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (perishable goods), items sealed for hygiene or health reasons and opened after delivery, and sealed audio, video or software recordings opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal - Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Outdated accommodation, rental, catering or recreational services

Services linked to a specific date or period of performance - non-residential accommodation (hotels, holiday rentals), vehicle rental, transport of goods, catering and leisure services such as event tickets - are excluded from the right of withdrawal - Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
