Encert Projekt is a Karlovac-based company specializing in energy certification and building design. Their services include energy certification of residential and commercial buildings, preparation of heating, cooling and ventilation projects, rational energy use and thermal protection projects, reduction of thermal power for multi-apartment buildings, and technical consulting and assistance to property owners when applying for energy renovation tenders. This is a narrowly specialized technical profession where trust and expertise play a key role in the decision of a potential client.
Project description:
Energy certification and design is a low-cost market based on expertise and referrals — but without a digital presence, the expert remains invisible to all potential clients looking for him online. Property owners who need an energy certificate, project documentation or help with applying for EU energy renovation tenders are increasingly searching Google first — and that’s where the site should have been. The client had a clearly defined set of services and needed a simple, professional presentation that would build trust and generate inquiries.
Process
We developed a complete presentation website in WordPress, adapted to the specifics of the technical profession and the needs of the target audience — property owners, investors and building managers looking for a reliable partner for energy documentation.
Content structure and architecture
The key task was to organize a relatively complex set of technical services in a way that is understandable even to a layman.
